A New Year’s Resolution Worth Keeping

New Year’s ResolutionAdmit it - you have, at one time or another, made a New Year’s Resolution that you didn’t keep. We are all guilty. In order to solve this problem, we make one of these promises to ourselves:

  1. I won’t ever make a New Year’s Resolution again!
  2. Next year will be different!

Most of our resolutions revolve around the concept of self-improvement. We want to lose weight, eat better, spend more quality time with our kids and spend less money. These are worthy endeavors, so why are they so difficult to maintain?

What if there was an easy way to manage some of your goals? It would be so nice if someone knew how difficult it was to juggle our lives, and was able to offer a solution to help the rest of us simplify the challenge of fulfilling our self-improvement goals. It was exactly these types of comments that we kept hearing from our customers. I run a business that offers healthy cooking classes to children, and am frequently asked meal planning questions from parents. They want to know strategies for eating better, which types of foods are healthy and in season, and how to mitigate some of the pickiness in their children. In response to these questions, we developed What’s Cooking Weekly, an online menu planning service for families.

What’s Cooking Weekly is ideal for the busy family who wants to improve their health, save money and spend quality time together. It may be just what the doctor ordered to help you and your family stay on track for those New Year’s Resolutions. Instead of opening packaged foods made from mysterious ingredients or relying on take-out, try your hand at making some healthy and delicious meals yourself.

  • No time to think about what to prepare? No problem - this online menu planning service gives you recipes for 5 seasonal meals every week
  • Not sure how to entertain the kids while you are cooking? Because What’s Cooking specializes in cooking classes for kids, they can tell you what your kids can do in the kitchen to help make the family meal!
  • You hate last minute grocery store visits? What’s Cooking Weekly has the solution: grocery lists for all 5 meals. They are even organized by aisle location - talk about time-saving!

It’s almost time to make your New Year’s Resolutions. Sign up for What’s Cooking Weekly, and we will do the hard part for you.
